Depending on the specific cities, we can arrange private car transfers or also train transfers. Train transfers can significantly reduce the transfer time and still maintain a very high quality of service.

We charge in Euro, but you will find the amount converted in USDĀ  in your bank/credit card statement. The conversion rate depends on the date of the payment. If you wish us to charge the amount on a specific date, please let us know.

While we started as Access Italy over 30 years ago, we currently serve a number of European destinations, including Italy, Spain, France and Greece, but we are always expanding. Do not hesitate to ask a quote for any other European destination you might be interested in.

Access Europe can arrange tours for all ages. We will be pleased to recommend fun activities for families and children and to assign our most suitable guide according to your request.

Most sites in Europe are accessible with a wheelchair, some even provide you with one. If you require a wheelchair, we can easily provide it in most locations. Please always let us know if you are touring with a wheelchair, so we can verify how to run your tour in the most suitable way.

Once the payment is confirmed, our Reservation department will send you a summary of the itinerary you booked. 3 to 1 week before your arrival, our Customer Care department will send you a recap of all the services confirmed with all relevant meeting times and meeting points. If you want to change or add something, you can coordinate directly with our Customer Care Specialists.
